All leaves, needles, shingle grit, and nests come out by hand into bags — not blown onto your landscaping.

Each downspout gets a high-flow water flush to confirm it's clear all the way to the ground.

We run water through the gutter and watch how it drains. If something's still not right, we fix it before we pack up.

Gutter Cleaning — FAQ
How often should gutters be cleaned?+
Twice a year for most Front-Range homes — once in late spring after the cottonwood fluff settles, once in late fall after leaf drop. Homes under heavy tree cover may need more.
Do you clean the outside (face) of the gutters too?+
That's a separate add-on called gutter brightening — we use a specialty cleaner to remove the black tiger-stripe staining. Ask when booking.
What about gutter guards?+
We work around most gutter guard systems. If yours are removable, we'll take them off, clean underneath, and re-install.
