What post-construction cleanup actually looks like.
New construction and remodel projects leave a film of drywall dust, paint overspray, stucco splatter, adhesive labels, and silicone smear on every window. Standard window cleaning can't touch it.
Post-construction is a specialty service. We use scrapers, razors, and dissolvers safely — knowing when each one is appropriate and when it would scratch the glass.
Here's exactly how we do it.

Scope and surface check
We inspect each window for tempered glass markings (which require extra care), then map out the materials we'll be removing.

Razor and scraper work
Stuck paint, mortar, and stucco are removed with razor blades held at the correct angle on properly wetted glass — never dry-scraped.

Adhesive and silicone dissolve
Label adhesive, caulking smear, and tape residue are softened with the right dissolver and worked off without scratching.

Full wash
After material removal, every window gets a standard hand-wash inside and out with full sill, track, and frame detail.

Final inspection
We do a final pass in good light and address anything we missed before we pack up.

Can you scratch the glass?+
Tempered glass has surface imperfections that can cause hairline marks if scraped incorrectly — that's why we check every pane first and adjust our method. Done properly, the glass comes out flawless.
Should I book this before or after the punch list?+
After. Once all sub-trades are done so nothing else gets dropped or sprayed on the windows we just cleaned.
